Half-Day Meditation Retreat:

Unhook from Blame -
Finding Peace in Troubled Times

Saturday, November 15th, 10am-12:30pm
With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang

With the direction the world is heading in, when people are doing so many harmful things, how do we stay peaceful and unhook from the habit of blaming others? Buddha said that everyone, even those who are creating harmful actions, have seeds of goodness within them, and no one is intrinsically evil. This may be very hard to believe, but when we explore Buddha’s teachings on “Buddha nature,” we find some profound truth that can help us when we become angry and anxious.

Take the opportunity to consider a Buddhist perspective that will help you find some peace that comes from wisdom and compassion. Everyone is welcome!
