Half-Day Meditation Retreat:
A Fourfold Approach to Starting
A Daily Meditation Practice

Saturday June 13th, 10am-12:30pm
With Guest Buddhist Teacher, Bill Spurrell

During this retreat, we will explore what meditation is, why it matters, and what steps you can take to actually sit and meditate today, as well as how to begin a simple daily practice that leads to tangible progress.

Over 2,000 years ago, Buddha taught that meditation is a scientific method for increasing happiness. When we meditate, we access the natural reservoir of inner peace in our mind which is the source of authentic, lasting happiness. Learning to meditate and trying to commit to it each day is among the most meaningful and beneficial things we can do for ourselves and others.

With Guest Buddhist Teacher, Bill Spurrell.

This retreat is suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome!
