The General Program is open to anyone wishing to learn more about Buddhist philosophy and its application in everyday life.  Classes are organized into series surrounding a theme.  Drop-ins are welcome at any time, as each class in a series is presented so that it can be understood without having been present for the previous class.

Helpful Meditations for a Happy Life

These classes follow the general program format and are open to anyone wishing to learn more about Buddhist philosophy and its application in everyday life.  Classes are organized into series surrounding a theme.  Drop-ins are welcome at any time, as each class in a series is presented so that it can be understood without having been present for the previous class. Teachings will be based primarily on books  by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
